Delivery Charges
• We offer free delivery to Hong Kong addresses on orders at or over HKD 500, except for remote areas and outlying islands (see below).
• A flat shipping fee of HKD 40 will be charged for all orders below HKD 500.
• We offer Priority Shipping for an additional charge of HKD 40, which ensures your order is dispatched with priority and delivered in 1-2 working days. If your order does not meet the free delivery threshold of HKD 500, then the Priority Shipping fee is the flat shipping fee plus the additional charge, or HKD 80.

Delivery Schedule and Times
• Our standard shipping time is 14 – 21 working days from the date of your order.
• Deliveries take place from Monday to Saturday between 11 am to 8 pm.
• There are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
• Deliveries to Discovery Bay and Ma Wan by courier service will take 5 days more for the order to arrive.

Return Policy
• Customers can return goods purchased from us under our 7-days returns policy. Products must be unused and in good resalable condition to qualify for a full refund.
• All returns shipping cost is paid for by the customer except in the cases of damaged goods or wrongly shipped items within 7 days from delivery date.
• If damaged or wrong items are delivered, please notify us within 7 days and we will offer a refund or exchange free of charge.
• We cannot accept returns for items found to be incomplete, damaged, with security seal broken or in a non-resalable condition.
• For health reasons we cannot accept any returns or exchanges of frozen foods and treats.
• Clearance / Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
• We strongly recommend that customers opt for fully insured delivery service when returning the goods as cannot be liable for items lost or damaged during the return transit.
• Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and may be rejected upon delivery.
• Returns will usually be processed within 14 days after arrival at our warehouse.
